ZippiBill is a billing and business operations platform for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, cloud kitchens, QSRs, takeaway counters, mobile phone retailers, garment stores, grocery and marts, service counters and other retail businesses.

ZippiBill is a product of Nusuk Software LLP, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. References to "ZippiBill", "we", "our" or "us" mean Nusuk Software LLP and the ZippiBill product, unless the context requires otherwise.

  • Business name, outlet name, owner name, contact person name and designation.
  • Email address, phone number, country, city, address and billing details.
  • Business type such as restaurant, cafe, bakery, cloud kitchen, mobile retailer, garments, grocery, service counter or other retail domain.
  • Account credentials, role permissions, staff users, counter users and shift information.
  • Products, categories, variants, prices, tax/GST settings, inventory, stock movements and purchase entries.
  • Invoices, KOTs, orders, parked bills, payments, discounts, customer records and reports generated through ZippiBill.
  • Device, browser, IP address, login activity, usage logs, diagnostics and security events.
  • Support conversations, demo requests, feedback and communication preferences.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and manage your ZippiBill account, outlets, counters and users.
  • To provide billing, POS, KOT, inventory, GST, accounting, reporting and related workflows.
  • To process support requests, demos, onboarding, training and service communication.
  • To improve product performance, security, reliability and user experience.
  • To detect misuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues and protect business data.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • To send service updates, renewal reminders, product information and important notices.

4. Business and Customer Data

Your invoices, products, customers, orders, stock, tax records and reports belong to your business. We use this information only to provide and operate ZippiBill services, support your account, maintain security, comply with applicable law and improve the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of customer, staff, invoice and billing information through ZippiBill complies with applicable laws and your own business policies.
